DELI - Coffee & Lunch

I'm a regular customer of the place; I frequent it both for lunch and for a snack or a quick drink. I have always come despite the often extremely long waiting times and the slightly above average prices. This morning for breakfast I ordered a vegan apricot tart, only to find, once it arrived and tasted it, that it was extremely raw (just see in the photos that the dough is white and so soft that touching it with your finger leaves a fingerprint mark) . I called a waitress to tell her about it and ask me to change the dessert to something else to still be polite and not cause any controversy, but as soon as I told the girl her response was "no, it's cooked right and there's only a little moisture on top.” Starting from the assumption that if there had been a bit of humidity on it the icing sugar would not have remained on it but would have penetrated, but more than anything the problem was the arrogance in responding by denying something absolutely evident, moreover to a customer who comes to this bar even 3/4 times a week and who has never complained about anything (just once a few months ago I pointed out that a cake that was brought to me had a non-existent flavor and a rubbery consistency , but the owner of the place was correct and kind and, after a brief exchange, obviously did not add the cake to the bill). I think that after a few minutes the girl herself realized that the cake was actually not cooked at all since I saw her heading towards the kitchen with the aforementioned cake in her hand. However, as if the rudeness wasn't enough, the cake was put on my bill even though I then got a brioche as a replacement - I would put a photo of how much I paid but he didn't give me the receipt :). It's a shame because I was a loyal customer and it would have been enough to apologize and admit the mistake, given that I pointed it out in a calm and not at all presumptuous way. For my part they lost a regular customer for a short time, I'm sorry but I won't be coming back again

Wide range of homemade desserts, especially cakes (delicious!) but also pancakes or crepes, all 100% genuine. The staff is always polite and smiling and you almost never expect too much. In fact, there was a period when the cakes were no longer at their best, then we realized that there had been a change in the kitchen and now the cakes are better than before!!

Excellent menu with different proposals ranging from classic coffee to refined coffees such as American or flavored ones. Excellent smoothies, centrifuges and yogurt. Very interesting breakfasts to try the pancakes. Very nice and welcoming place, friendly staff. Convenient parking, fair prices for the quality. Recommendedz. Yogurt bowl and mango smoothies, very good including a glass of water, 11.60 euros.

I stopped for lunch with a colleague of mine (work reasons), I had a maxi toast, therefore equal to a toast and a half, with ham, mayonnaise and cheese accompanied by a salad with corn, cherry tomatoes and more. I must say that it was a more than healthy lunch, it is difficult to find a place where you can eat healthily while spending very little. I will definitely go back, the place is also very clean and well-kept and the 2 girls were very kind.

Pleasant place at first sight but right away you can sense an air of annoyance from the staff especially from one of the girls who once I finished breakfast and showed up at the cash register I was totally ignored even though the place was practically empty, at which point I ask if I can pay since time was passing and I was getting late to go to work... and I was told in a decidedly rude and presumptuous manner that I shouldn't rush them (even though in my opinion they were sitting idle) as if not even I should have exposed myself to a request. Advice... if you don't want to be late and start the morning on the wrong foot... go somewhere else.
